Yorkshire Sculpture Park

As part of their ongoing project on human form, the Art GCSE pupils had the opportunity to visit Yorkshire Sculpture Park. They focussed on an exhibition by the artist Ervin Wurm who creates surreal and interactive sculptures. The pupils had a wonderful time seeing the artwork in person and creating their own versions on site. The trip has given us lots of creative ideas to bring back to the classroom, especially the ‘one minute sculptures’ which we can’t wait to replicate, watch this space…..
